Coverage that flexes
around the household.

PPO copay plans, $0-deductible plans, and lower-premium major-medical options for individuals and families — including pre-existing conditions and child-only coverage.

/01 Plan architectures

Pick the math
that fits the year.

Every household is different. We start with a real conversation about how you actually use healthcare — then choose the plan that costs the least to live that life.

01. Copay PPO

Predictable. Flat copays everywhere.

Doctor visits, specialists, urgent care — flat copay only. Annual physical, mammogram, and colonoscopy covered at 100%. Best for households that use healthcare regularly or want certainty.

Common for families
02. $0 Deductible PPO

First-dollar coverage. No surprises.

The carrier pays from dollar one for your annual covered care. Higher premium, but you never run into deductible math in March. Strong pick for chronic conditions or expected events.

For high-utilizers
03. Major Medical

Catastrophic-only. Lower premium.

Higher deductible, lower monthly cost, $50 unlimited urgent care. Designed for healthy individuals and households who want to be protected against the worst without paying for routine usage.

For the healthy
/02 Special cases

Households
aren't tidy.

Three situations we handle constantly — and that most agents try to talk you out of.

A. Pre-existing conditions

Coverage, including pregnancy.

ACA-compliant plans can't deny or rate up for any pre-existing condition. We routinely write coverage for clients managing diabetes, autoimmune disease, mental health, cancer history, and pregnancy.

B. Child-only plans

For the kid, separately.

Children can be enrolled on their own plan after a successful six-week check-up. Useful when the parents are on Medicare, on a non-dependent group plan, or in non-traditional custody arrangements.

C. Mixed households

Different math per person.

Two healthy adults and one kid on chronic medication shouldn't all be on the same plan. We can structure coverage so each member is on the optimal architecture for their actual usage.

/03 Ancillary & riders

The pieces
that pair on top.

Layer these onto your core PPO. We can usually bundle through the same carrier for a single bill — and the riders are at carrier-wholesale pricing, no markup.

R.01 Dental & Vision

Cleanings, contacts, frames.

Standalone or bundled. Most plans cover two cleanings a year at 100% and discount major work. Vision covers a frame allowance and contact-lens fittings.

R.02 Accident & hospital

Cash on the worst day.

Pays a defined cash benefit when you're admitted, in the ER, or have a specific injury — direct to you, regardless of what your major medical pays.

R.03 Critical illness & life

Bigger protection.

Critical-illness lump sum payouts for heart attack, cancer, and stroke. Term life and indexed universal life policies for income replacement and estate planning.
